Thank you so much for the due diligence. This was a great write up. One question: in this debacle I learned that itch allows a developer to payout a higher cut to them voluntarily. Why? Are there concrete benefits to going from 10% to 30%?
An honest question deserves an honest answer! Itch allows developers to give more of their revenue to the platform to support "the little guy", i.e. not Steam or Epic. There are no concrete benefits except warm fuzzy feelings.
